Roddy is a decidedly upper crust ‘society rat’ who lives the life of a pampered pet in London. When a sewer rat named Syd comes spewing out of the sink, Roddy schemes to get rid of him. Roddy’s plan to lure Syd into the ‘whirlpool’ in an attempt to flush him away goes horribly wrong, and Roddy is sucked into the bustling sewer world of Ratropolis. He finds a friend in a sewer-savvy rat named Rita, and together they attempt to escape!
