e-Trade Prize

Sterling was recently awarded the e-Trade Prize for online excellence in the Danish travel industry. According to the jury, our website is highly innovative and user-friendly, offering customers a wide range of options without losing sight of the big picture. We are proud to have won this prize. As a company, we rely on the internet for much of our communication with customers. In the past year we’ve done a lot to improve our website and make it simpler for users to get what they want as easily as possible. This process will continue so look out for some more exciting developments on our website in the not-too-distant future.

Environment strategy

At Sterling we are concerned about the environment and are aiming to reduce our carbon emissions by 10% per passenger within the next three years. Our emission per passenger is already very low compared to competitors, as we operate a young, environmentally friendly aircraft fleet and utilise our fuel to optimum effect. Our fleet now includes three brand new Boeing 737-700 planes, replacing two older models.

Easier booking and self check-in

We have always focused on fast and easy online booking and hope you enjoy our new self check-in machines at Oslo, Billund, Amsterdam, London Gatwick and Copenhagen. Simplicity is key so we have also fine-tuned our website with the addition of a low-fare calendar function. And don’t forget to use our ‘pre-seating’ service – just one of the benefits of traditional airlines that we offer at a fraction of the price.
