Reducing environmental damage

At Sterling we are continually looking to lessen our impact on the environment, so we have set ourselves the goal of reducing carbon emissions by 10% per passenger within three years. To achieve this, we have decided to install ‘winglets’ on all our new-generation aircraft, thus reducing our carbon emissions by up to 4%. This investment will make Sterling’s emissions up to 25% lower than some of our competitors, and a more obvious choice for the environmentally conscious traveller.

Offering you more online

We have recently launched two new extras on our website to make life easier for you: ‘Sterling Events’ and ‘Sterling Photo’. Sterling Events allows you to book all sorts of activities and attractions in our destinations – from musicals to football games and much more. On Sterling Photo you can develop your digital photos using an online service and get them delivered to your home. Both these new services can be found on www.sterling.dk and more will come.

Autumn and winter routes

This autumn and winter, Sterling will be flying to a number of new destinations throughout Europe. Among these are Brussels, Dortmund and Madeira to name a few. Don’t forget that you need to book early to ensure the lowest possible price.

Easier bookings and self check-in

We focus on fast and easy online flight booking and hope you enjoy using our new self check-in machines in Oslo, Billund, Amsterdam, London Gatwick and Copenhagen. Simplicity is key, so we have fine-tuned our website and added a low-fare calendar function. Don’t forget to use our ‘pre-seating’ service – just one of the extras usually offered by traditional airlines that we offer at a fraction of their prices.

‘Fly Europe for less’ – still more to come!

More new routes are opening in the near future, including Nottingham, UK, and Dortmund, Germany, from Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
